Data privacy & your business information

Updated October 31, 2026. This notice explains information handling for LED Chain AI’s website, Cube demonstration and related service inquiries. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information through the public demonstration.

What you provide and why

The Cube receives the company name, industry, service area, priority and business description you enter. If you supply a website, it attempts to read that site’s public homepage HTML. These inputs are used to produce your requested assessment and draft copy—not to authorize publishing, purchases or outreach. Website owners and users must have authority to provide the information they submit.

AI processing and service providers

Submitted details and retrieved public-page text are sent through Abacus.AI’s AI service for generation. Hosting, AI, analytics, email and payment providers may process relevant information when you use those respective services. Their processing and retention are governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies; this notice does not promise zero retention, on-device processing or exclusion from all provider training.

The Cube assessment does not deliberately save your business description or generated report to our application database. It keeps the result in the current page session. Operational infrastructure and providers may maintain logs. Do not interpret this as a guarantee that no copies exist anywhere.

Accounts, inquiries and paid services

Separate contact, assessment and onboarding forms may store your contact information, company details, inquiry and related records so LED Chain can respond and deliver requested work. Account and activity records support authentication, service operation and troubleshooting. Payment processing occurs through the payment provider rather than this demonstration. Submitting a demonstration is not consent to a marketing campaign.

Cookies, analytics and abuse prevention

The website uses authentication cookies where needed and has Google Analytics configured to measure usage. Analytics may collect device, browser, page and interaction information and use cookies. Request metadata, including IP information, may be processed for security and usage limits. The Cube stores counters in a bounded set of hashed IP-based buckets for admission control; shared networks or bucket collisions can share a usage allowance. Hashing is not a guarantee of anonymity. Browser privacy settings can limit cookies and tracking, although blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in.

Retention, access and deletion requests

Different records and providers have different retention requirements. This notice does not promise a universal automatic deletion deadline. Contact [email protected] to ask what we hold or request access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legal, billing or security purposes. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules. Rights depend on applicable law.

Confidential and regulated material

Do not enter credentials, private customer lists, payment-card data, medical records, sensitive financial records or trade secrets. For confidential work, request an NDA and an agreed data-handling process before disclosure. An NDA does not by itself establish regulatory compliance or a secure upload channel. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
