The public Cube demonstration is for public, non-sensitive business information. If your project involves proprietary strategies, code, customer records or other confidential material, pause before submitting it.
Arrange an NDA before disclosure
Send only your name, company and a non-confidential description of the proposed engagement. Request a mutual NDA or propose your organization’s agreement for review. Do not attach confidential files to the initial request.

The parties should identify the legal entities, permitted purpose, protected information, exclusions, permitted recipients and service providers, duration, return or deletion obligations, governing law and signature requirements. Any AI processing, regulated-data requirements and approved transfer method should be addressed before information is shared.
What this page does—and does not—do
This page is an explanation and request path, not an executed NDA or an electronic-signature service. Clicking the Cube, checking a demo consent box or requesting an NDA does not mean a separate NDA has been signed. A separate NDA takes effect only under its agreed execution terms.
Section 11 of our existing terms of service contains confidentiality provisions for service engagements. Those provisions are distinct from a separately negotiated NDA. Obtain legal review for the protections your project requires; a footer or disclaimer does not guarantee enforceability or compliance.
